    View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or GED AND Six (6) months of experience in a related field; one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level Health Aide 1 (HCS020) or position equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working with adults in an inpatient facility.

    + Experience and/or knowledge of DBT is preferred.

    + Experience of at least one (1) year working with Dual Diagnosed (Substance Abuse/Mental Health) and or residential setting.

    + Experience with interventions, diagnosing, Treatment Plans.

    + Experience with Care Logic or other EMR.

    + Comfortable and proficient with collaborative & concurrent documentation.

    + Experience in trauma-informed care, or trauma related interventions and skills.
