    Job Title: Supported Employment Monitoring Specialist- Atlanta Pay Grade: I Workplace: Hybrid- 2 to 3 days per week at our office in downtown Atlanta Travel: 80% travel throughout the state Job Summary:

    •Participate as team member in the provision of program monitoring for all 21 SE providers statewide.

    •Collaborate in SE Policy Development,

    •Facilitate Fidelity Reviews: follow protocol to implement on-site and remote Fidelity Reviews, collaborate on scoring, write and edit reports, present outcome and follow-up for SE providers. This process utilizes observation, interviews and record reviews aimed at assessing the quality of the SE service provision, environment, health, behavioral supports and community integration of the individual,

    •Collaborate with internal DBHDD staff and external DBHDD partners,

    •Facilitate SE Provider meetings to ensure consistency of services across the State. This includes presentation of information to large groups.

    •Provide technical assistance and training regarding IPS Fidelity Model and DBHDD service delivery,

    •Receive and review Monthly Programmatic Reports,

    •Collaborate with data analyst for SE data collection, analysis, management and quality assurance functions,

    •Collaborate on recommendations for programmatic and/or operational changes based on fidelity review, audit or survey results,

    •Collaborate to ensure adherence to provider’s Quality Improvement Plan

    •Participate in resolution of service delivery concerns

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience performing program evaluation, program monitoring

     

    Demonstrated organizational skills

     

    Effective interpersonal skills

     

    Knowledge of Individual Placement and Supports Evidence Based Practices

     

    Demonstrated experience providing training/technical assistance

     

    4 years experience working in adult community mental health service provision

     

    Knowledge of adult community mental health services

     

    Comfort with frequent statewide travel

     

    Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
