JOB SUMMARY
This role is for a Recruiter 1 on our Campus team, which targets new graduates in clinical fields (mostly nursing). It's a high-volume recruitment role so the ideal candidate will manage recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating events, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens and other related recruitment tasks. Ultimately help select and attract the most qualified talent for open roles. Our recruiters mostly work from an office of their choosing (i.e. home) around DFW or Temple. We require occasionally onsite presence at the Admin Building or Career Events appropriate to their recruitment needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

This usually works in 3 large hiring cycles each year. You'll speak with and work directly with 300+ candidates during each cycle. Your goal will be to identify, vet, and hire the 70-80 best candidates during each cycle.
Manages a high volume of recruitment activities specific to an assigned region to strengthen BSWH's clinical delivery.
Reviews resumes and conducts phone screens (usually 10 per day)
Schedules interviews between candidates and Hiring Leaders
Attends and assists with the coordination of events (onsite Campus events, Career Fairs, etc) to attract a thin talent pool through name generation and warm leads.
Assists with special projects aimed at improving the recruiting processes.
Coordinates clear and concise communication with candidates about the organization and career opportunities.
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provides a sense of urgency related to daily recruitment activities.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Basic Knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies
Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication and proactive problem solving ability is required.
General computer skills including, but not limited to: using required software applications, data entry, and email.
Ability to research, analyze, and disseminate information.
Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.
Interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and peers.

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
