RESPONSIBILITIES
The person in this position:
+ Processes, audits, validates, and voucher for payment of all bills and expenses resulting from the transportation, warehousing, drayage and cartage of product to and from all facilities used by Hormel.
+ Inputs and maintains accurate database entries in applications software for the payment process including Order Processing Load Status, Manugistics, and Oracle.
+ Assists in miscellaneous related activities such as handling documents and information regarding freight and warehouse bills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
+ High school education or the equivalent.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Experience with personal computers and word processing.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
+ Ability to accurately enter data at the rate of 6,000 kph.
+ Ability to use custom computer programs.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills.
+ Ability to prioritize work.
Preferred
+ Previous Blue Yonder Experience.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.25-$24.00 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
