    What You’ll Do

    As a Program Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing one of our residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and a positive living environment. This role combines leadership, advocacy, and direct support, making every day unique and meaningful.

     

    Your Impact

     

    + Lead and mentor a team of direct care staff and nurses

    + Coordinate and implement individualized care plans

    + Facilitate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings

    + Ensure compliance with DHS licensing and ICF regulations

    + Foster meaningful relationships with families, guardians, and case managers

    + Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals

    + Manage household budgets and individual finances

    + Oversee program documentation, audits, and incident reporting

    + Provide hands-on care (20 hours/week), including 2 weekend shifts/month and 1 evening shift/week

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + Bachelor's in human services

    + 3 years supervision experience

    + Minimum 1 year direct care experience

    Additional Requirements:

    + Valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications

    + Pass a DHS background check

    + Physical ability to lift 60 lbs. and support daily tasks
