    Overview

We’re not just building better tech. We’re rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.

It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together.

One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.

    About the Role:

The LMS & Enablement Platform Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, "health," and strategic adoption of our primary enablement platforms: Docebo (LMS) and Highspot (Content).

In this role, you will work collaboratively with Sales & Technical Enablement Leads to translate their program goals into technical reality. You are the expert who ensures that when a new certification or sales play is launched, the platform experience is seamless, intuitive, and effective for our field teams. You will move beyond simple ticket resolution to become a strategic partner focused on maximizing platform adoption and improving user experience (UX).

    What You Will Do:

+ **System Stewardship:** Serve as the primary in-house administrator for Docebo and Highspot. Manage global settings, user permissions, advanced configuration, and navigation to ensure system stability.

+ **Access Control:** Manage user provisioning and access rights specifically for Revenue roles (AEs, SEs, CSMs), ensuring the right field teams see the right content at the right time.

+ **Content Hygiene:** actively manage the lifecycle of content. Work with stakeholders to archive outdated training and sales assets, and enforce tagging governance to ensure searchability.

+ **Vendor Liaison:** Manage the day-to-day relationship with platform vendors (Docebo, Highspot) to stay abreast of upcoming features, manage support tickets, and advocate for our needs.

+ **Maximize Utilization:** proactively identify underutilized platform features (e.g., Docebo Discover, Highspot Pitch/Digital Rooms) and implement use cases to drive value for the field.

+ **User-Centric Design:** Configure platform interfaces (widgets, pages, layouts) to reduce friction. Your goal is to make learning and finding content as easy as possible for busy sales professionals.

+ **Program Execution:** Support Enablement Leads in executing major initiatives (e.g., Sales Kick-Off, Onboarding Bootcamps, Product Launches) by structuring learning plans and content spots effectively within the tools.

+ **Ecosystem Integration:** Manage the API connections and integration points between the Enablement platforms and **Salesforce (SFDC)** . Ensure that training data and content usage writes back to SFDC correctly for reporting.

+ **Field Support:** Provide high-quality Tier 2/3 support to internal users, troubleshooting issues related to course access, SCORM playback, mobile app usage, and Highspot tracking.

+ **Data & Analytics:** Create and maintain dashboards to monitor platform health, engagement metrics, and content performance. Use this data to recommend improvements to Enablement leadership.

    What You Will Bring:

+ **Platform Expertise:** 4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator. **Specific, deep experience with Docebo and Highspot is required.**

+ **Salesforce Alignment:** Strong understanding of how Enablement tools integrate with **Salesforce (SFDC)** . You should understand SFDC Roles/Profiles and how they impact user provisioning and reporting.

+ **Audience Knowledge:** Experience supporting a global Sales or Technical Revenue organization. You understand the urgency and specific needs of field sellers and engineers.

+ **Problem Solving:** Ability to recognize and resolve issues related to course design configuration, SCORM wrappers, and platform infrastructure.

+ **Ambiguity Tolerance:** Comfortable and energized working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.

+ **Communication:** Skilled at communicating technical information in terms understandable to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., explaining _why_ a course isn't tracking to a Sales Manager).

+ **Collaboration:** Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of the Enablement Team, building consensus with Regional Leads and stakeholders.

+ **Analytical Skills:** Ability to evaluate training options, analyze post-course surveys, and use platform data to drive continuous improvement.
