**SCOPE OF POSITION:** Plans, coordinates and executes the flow of work and materials within or between departments as it relates to sales. Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials for Construction Specialties samples and promotional items. Confers with 3rd party fulfilment centers and department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates for various projects, and compiles reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. The Sales Materials Manager is the subject matter expert on all CS samples and the sample process.

+ Coordinates procurement of sample and literature material with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and outside vendors for sample departments.
+ Maintains, nurtures, and supports the relationship with all third-party fulfilment centers.
+ Maintains all stock levels at third-party fulfilment centers.
+ Distributes catalogs, samples, and other promotional materials requests to CS’s offices worldwide and licensed CS representatives in North America through the CS sample department or fulfilment centers.
+ Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
+ Verifies the accuracy, proper destination, and adherence of schedule for all deliveries
+ Works directly with Sales, New Product Delivery, Sales Operations, Marketing, and production to ensure new product samples are delivered to Sales and CS Representatives prior to launch date.
+ Works with all department managers to ensure accountability for all materials.
+ Tracks delivery progress and notifies affected departments and vendors/fulfillment of changes in delivery schedule.
+ Compiles and maintains computerized records including material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials.
+ Prepares and submits required reports for all cost accounts and procurements to ensure accounts payable compliance.
+ Coordinates and maintains supply of CS promotional items through ordering, inventorying, shipping, and invoicing activities.
+ Works with SME to order samples
+ Works with CS compliance teams and customs to ensure third-party fulfilment centers are complying with CS/Customs guidelines
* Processes department invoices for payment.
+ Enters purchase orders and receives materials using BPCS/Oracle.
+ Ensures approving, editing, and distribution of employee business cards through 3rd party fulfillment.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business (marketing- or sales-focused) from a four-year college or university
+ 5 or more years related experience
+ Ability to work within and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
+ Organized, accurate, and comfortable collaborating with other departments
+ Ability to organize and lead meetings
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multitask multiple concurrent projects
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite
+ Ability to travel 10-15% of time
Pay & Benefits
+ Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $66,000. Range will vary by experience and geographic market.
