    Job Description

    Provides nutritional counseling to patients in the Home Care setting; provides consultative services to staff.

     

    Education And Credentials

     

    BS with major in Foods and Nutrition. Master’s degree in Nutrition or Public Health required. Registered Dietician license required. Valid NYS drivers license

    Experience

    One (1) year clinical experience including counseling patients regarding normal and therapeutic nutrition.
