• Compensation Intern

    Camping World (Chicago, IL)


    What** **You’ll** **Do** **:

    + Support the day-to-day administration of compensation data, processes and analysis.

    + Monitor and analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.

    + Work with business units on career architecture. Provide current data for review and implement applicable changes.

    + Review current job descriptions and update into current template.

    + Partner with Finance and Business Operations to reconcile incentive payouts against accruals, forecasts, and actual performance metrics.

    What** **You’ll** **Need to Have for the Role** **:

    + In pursuit of a degree, or a recent graduate with a concentration in Human Resources, Data-Analytics, or related field.

    + Cumulative 3.0 GPA

    + A graduation date between December 2026-July 2027.

    + Ability to relocate to Chicago for the summer term (June 1-August 7). Camping World does not provide relocation or housing stipends.

    + Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Suite: (Outlook, Excel, Word)

    + Preferred strong Excel skills

    + Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and interpret data

    + Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality of employee and company information

    Pay Range:

    $21.74-$26.30 Hourly
