Job Details
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, patience experience, and financial performance of the rehab center.
This role ensures efficient operations, high service standards, and achievement of business goals while maintaining a safe and positive environment for employees and patients.
The Center Manager is responsible:
+ The Center Manager is responsible for evaluation and therapeutic intervention for persons with illnesses or injuries, which impede independent functioning of mobility, activities of daily living, cognitive thinking, and/or vocation.
+ Management of the outpatient network site operations,
+ Supervision of all staff,
+ Implementation and enforcement of all processes,
+ Manage staffing; hiring, interviewing
+ Performance improvement, professional development,
+ Quality management, and marketing.
Requirements:
Education:
+ Minimum Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. DPT preferred.
+ New York State PT or OT license and registration or valid temporary license.
+ BLS required.
Skills:
+ Center Manager must be able to supervise clinical/professional, clerical, and ancillary staff; manage staffing and budget; assist with quality improvement; assist with marketing; maintain compliance of the site and staff with established regulatory standards.
+ Must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Fulfills the duties and responsibilities of a licensed therapist as delineated by job description in the role of patient care.
Experience:
+ Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.
+ Management experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Salary Range
USD $58.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
