We’re seeking a talented **Senior Graphic Designer in La Jolla, CA** to craft compelling visual concepts and lead creative design projects that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms.”
Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for managing, developing and executing a wide range of graphic design projects for external and internal audiences.
+ Works with internal development teams on page development, design and providing new layout.
+ Works with internal clients on corporate identity and design standards and policies.
+ Creates marketing materials as needed.
+ Designs company/department publications.
+ Works with various departments on development, design, updating and deployment of graphic designs.
+ Oversees projects, including typography, layout, color and visual communication.
+ Senior level may supervise graphic designer and artists as assigned.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field and 4+ years with graphic-design and graphic design programs or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
+ A Bachelor's degree or Certificate in graphic design preferred.
+ Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of graphic design, graphic services, prepress, print production, and PC's or Mac's.
+ Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design applications to create professional layouts/designs through production.
+ Advanced project management, organizational, customer relations, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in artwork production as it relates to print and digital displays.
+ Strong proof-reading skills.
+ Solid problem resolution skills. Ability to work with other departments.
+ Must be able to meet deadlines.
+ Requires excellent supervisory, cost control, project management, organizational, and communication skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $66,000 - $81,000 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
