The Advanced Data Capture Product Management team is responsible for driving roadmaps and product strategies aimed to strengthen our alignment with customer and market demands and ensure that our product development roadmap is ‘outside-in’ driven. This particular role will have a unique focus on process improvements to enhance customer-centric innovation, strategic visibility, and roadmap development.
Location- ***Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).
Responsibilities:
Operational & Process Ownership
+ Roadmap & Pipeline Management: Manage the creation and maintenance of key roadmap documents, including monthly product pipeline files and customer-facing presentations, ensuring they are always accurate and up-to-date.
+ JIRA Workflow Management: Serve as the owner for our team's JIRA workflows, including beta program tracking and new product idea submissions, driving improvements to ensure efficiency and clarity.
+ Zebra Lifecycle Management (ZLM) Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve our ZLM processes, working to standardize templates and PAC decks to ensure alignment across teams.
+ Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution for product representation at major tradeshows, coordinating with cross-functional partners across Asset Visibility Solutions (AVS) to ensure a cohesive and successful presence.
Product & Go-to-Market Execution
+ Beta Program Management: Manage the end-to-end beta program for new products, including monitoring feedback and presenting results to ensure product readiness.
+ Launch Support: Contribute to cross-functional product launch activities by assisting with SKU setup, providing input for marketing collateral, and helping create competitive analysis and sales training materials.
+ Customer Engagement: Participate in trade shows and customer demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and value.
Strategic Product Support
+ Product Ownership: Drive assigned product areas or initiatives from initial concept through requirements definition and successful launch.
+ Requirements & Market Analysis: Support senior product managers by assisting with market research and helping to document product requirements.
+ Innovation: Contribute to the team's innovation pipeline by generating and researching ideas for new products and features.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Experience with Microsoft business applications Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in a Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Analyst, or related role
+ Proficiency in JIRA
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with experience analyzing project-related data to inform decisions.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage processes and tasks with strong attention to detail, time management, and reliable follow-through.
+ A customer-focused, team-player mindset with sound judgment and a commitment to quality.

Salary: USD 76600.00 - USD 115000.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
