    Job Duties:

    + Greet and welcome guests into the waterpark

    + Assist waterpark guests with ticket sales and redemption

    + Operate point of sales system for retail purchases

    + Provide outstanding guest service waterpark patrons, while interacting professionally and respectfully with guests

    + Answer guest questions accurately and consistently

    + Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

    + Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area

    + Assist with other waterpark operations as assigned

    Classification:

    Summer seasonal from May through Labor Day (September 7), generally 20-35 hours per week

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous work experience in a customer service role
