    Job Description

    **AECOM’s Technology Solutions Group (TSG)** is seeking a **Senior Fiber Infrastructure QAQC Manager** **to join our ICT Team.** This position is a **remote** working situation.

     

    Our **Senior Fiber Infrastructure QAQC Manager** will support a major fiber infrastructure standards initiative. This role will assist in updating and maintaining technical standards, implementing quality assurance processes, and supporting governance activities for a global program. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in telecommunications engineering, quality management, and training development.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Assist in reviewing and updating OSP standards, specifications, and guidelines.

    + Support development of technical schematics, drawings, and documentation for clarity and compliance.

    + Implement QA/QC processes for engineering deliverables and provide audit support.

    + Collaborate with governance committees to prepare documentation for expedited approvals.

    + Contribute to training content development and accessibility initiatives, including multilingual support.

    + Provide technical input for compliance and risk mitigation strategies.

    + Participate in program-level coordination and reporting activities.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related field + 8 years of experience in fiber optic infrastructure, QA/QC, and standards development.

    + Demonstrated experience managing quality programs and develop technical documentation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a support role.

    + PMP or Six Sigma certification.

    + Expertise in QA/QC frameworks and governance processes.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS tools, and documentation platforms.

    + Familiarity with OSP standards and global compliance requirements.

    Additional Information

    + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

    + Relocation is not available for this position.

     

    Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $175000 to $200000.
