Super Soccer Stars is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Coaches! As a Super Soccer Stars coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through the beautiful game of soccer. Our program focuses on providing a fun and supportive environment where children can develop their soccer skills while building confidence and fostering a love for the sport.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and instruct soccer classes for girls in middle and high school

+ Deliver engaging soccer drills and games

+ Coach at soccer games

+ Facilitate a positive and inclusive learning environment

+ Assist in setting up and organizing equipment

+ Communicate effectively with parents about class activities and player's progress

+ Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Requirements

+ Prior experience working with children preferred

+ Soccer playing background or good knowledge of the game

+ Passion for working with children and helping them develop their soccer skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Reliable transportation to class locations

+ Availability to work weekday and/or weekend, mornings and afternoons

+ First Aid and CPR certified - a plus

+ Must be able to pass a background check

Benefits

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $30.00 per hour

Flexible schedule:

+ Workdays: Monday to Friday after 3 PM

+ Weekend: Saturday

Sessions: Typically 1 hr each, with the possibility of leading anywhere from 2 to 4 sessions per week plus weekly games based on qualifications and availability.
