Position Overview:

As a Coach at Super Soccer Stars, you will be responsible for teaching soccer fundamentals to young athletes in a fun, engaging, and educational manner. You will work directly with children ages 1-10 across various classes and clinics, nurturing their love for the game while building essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct soccer classes and drills for young players

+ Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants

+ Encourage skill development and teamwork among players

+ Foster a sense of sportsmanship and fun

+ Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress

+ Attending training sessions and staff meetings as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Experience coaching soccer or working with children in a related field (preferred)

+ Strong passion for soccer and youth development

+ Ability to effectively communicate with kids and parents

+ Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
