ACTIVITIES AIDE – Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus Fulltime Evening Shifts Available

What You’ll Do:
+ Organize and conduct activities including crafts, music programs, exercise groups, sensory activities, videos/movies, social activities, and daily life skill programs tailored to residents’ abilities
+ Assist with 1:1 interactions and group activities on assigned units
+ Set up, maintain, and decorate activity areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment
+ Transport and seat residents for activities, meals, or special events
+ Monitor residents during programs, including those who may wander away
+ Assist with meal tray service and transportation to and from meals

Qualifications
+ Experience in recreation, activities, or direct care preferred
+ Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities and adapt to individual needs
