Maintenance Technician (Raymore. Mo)

Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour

Schedule:** **Monday – Thursday -** **8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**LSI Staffing is** seeking a **Maintenance Technician** with a strong mechanical background to support daily facility operations. This is a **temporary position (up to 5 months)** with the **potential for long-term employment** based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform hands-on mechanical labor and maintenance tasks

+ Support equipment upkeep and troubleshooting

+ Assist with general facility operations

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

* Mechanical background (basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience)

* Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

* Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods

* Capable of working on and off the ground

* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

* Strong team player with a willingness to learn
