    We have an outstanding Contract position for aQuality Control Inspectorto join a leading Company located inLouisa, VA.

     

    Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

     

    Shift: Mon - Thur 5am - 3:30pm / possible OT

     

    Must be able to start immediately

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Inspector to join our filter manufacturing warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and industry quality standards before they are shipped to customers. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows procedures carefully, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished filters for defects or non-conformance.

    + Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks using measuring tools and testing equipmen t.

    + Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and report issues to supervisors.

    + Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions when defects are found.

    + Monitor adherence to safety and quality procedures throughout the warehous e.

    + Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns in a timely manner.

    + Support audits, inventory checks, and process improvement initiatives.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing strongly preferred.

    + Knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and warehouse processes.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or SOPs.

    + Proficiency with basic computer programs for data entry and reporting.

    + Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed in a warehouse environment.
