    Maintenance Associate

     

    Bertram, TX

     

    Pay: $20/ hour

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p

     

    (services North A** **ustin, Pflugerville and Cedar Park)

    Your Role

    + Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc.

    + Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings.

    + Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks.

    + Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks.

    + Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Applicants must possess their own tools

    + Minimum 1 year of related experience

    + Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment

    + Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks

    + Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills

    + Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
