Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
After-School Caseloads Available!
Make a meaningful difference in children’s lives—without giving up your daytime schedule. We’re seeking a **passionate Pediatric SLP** to provide **in-home therapy during after-school hours** , supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are **established, after-school caseloads ready to go** , making it easy to step in and start making an impact right away.
Two Established Caseloads Available:
+ **South Dallas**
+ **Duncanville / Lancaster / DeSoto / Red Oak**
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs
+ Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting strong skill carryover across everyday routines
+ Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes
+ Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
+ Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care

Minimum Requirements:
+ Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required
+ Current **Texas Speech-Language Pathology license** (or eligibility for licensure) required
+ Pediatric experience preferred, but **new graduates are encouraged to apply**
+ A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential
