MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Program Associate (Front Desk)- Must be fluent in Spanish
**Location:** Living Well Adult Day – West Boylston, MA
**Pay:** $18.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
Provides administrative and program support by performing a variety of clerical and coordination duties in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
+ Uses computer systems to enter data, complete forms, and maintain basic records
+ Tracks time and attendance for individuals served
+ Tallies daily meal counts and may assist with Federal Food Program documentation
+ Assists with coordinating transportation for individuals served
+ Files, retrieves, and maintains records and documents
+ Sorts, assembles, and distributes mail and other materials
+ Answers and routes phone calls; records and relays messages
+ Greets visitors and provides basic information or directions
+ Provides general administrative support (copying, faxing, posting, etc.)
+ May deliver mail or documents within the facility
+ Assists with special projects as assigned
+ Follows departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement practices
+ Complies with all health and safety regulations
+ Maintains a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills
+ Ability to perform accurate data entry and clerical tasks
+ Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Other Skills & Abilities
+ Basic computer proficiency
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
