    Pediatric Partners is seeking a **Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your career while making meaningful change in the lives of children and families.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

    + Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in-home settings

    + Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes

    + Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use

    + Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)

    + Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team

    What You Bring

    + Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

    + Active **North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license** (or eligible by start date)

    + Passion for working with children and families

    + Pediatric experience preferred, but **new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply** —we provide mentorship and support for your growth
