    _Our client, a growing food and snack manufacturer, is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their team in Chino, CA!_

     

    **Job Title:** Production Machine Operator (Food)

    **Location:** Chino, CA

    **Pay:** $23/hr.

    **Schedule:** 1st shift: 5am-2pm or 2nd shift: 1pm-9pm

    **Job type:** Contract, 6-8 months (possibility of extension DOE)

    Responsibilities:

    + Set up production machines, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for production cycles.

    + Operate and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.

    + Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines.

    + Inspect parts and final products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.

    + Test machine operations periodically and troubleshoot issues during shifts.

    + Monitor outputs to detect defects or machine-related errors.

    + Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units, activity logs, and required documentation.

    + Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, food defense, and quality regulations.

    + Report non-conformities or violations to facility management in a timely manner.

    + Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.

    + Assist production leads, room coordinators, or supervisors as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.

    + Proven experience in operating production or manufacturing machinery is preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of machine operation, calibration, and basic maintenance.

    + Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and quality control standards.

    + Ability to use precision measuring and inspection tools.

    + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
