    Growing Personal Care Contract Manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is essential to maintaining strong customer partnerships through responsive communication, order management, and inventory coordination.

     

    **Location:** Riverside, CA

    **Employment Type:** 6 month contract (possibility for extension)

    **Schedule:** 4-Day Work Week (4/10 Monday-Thursday)

    **Compensation:** $20-$24/hour

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned client accounts.

    + Process sales orders, generate packing documentation, and maintain accurate records.

    + Manage both electronic and physical filing systems for order documentation.

    + Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

    + Proactively follow up on order status and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

    + Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams on order fulfillment.

    + Oversee and track customer-owned inventory housed at our facility.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Custom manufacturing experience is REQUIRED – candidates without this background will not be considered.

    + Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a contract manufacturing or custom manufacturing environment (cosmetics, personal care, or beauty industry strongly preferred).

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred).

    + Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

    + Proven capacity to maintain composure and productivity in deadline-driven situations.

    + Self-motivated with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    + Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

    + Experience with ERP systems (Epicor knowledge a plus).
