    _A leading personal care product manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-speed packaging and production operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with GMPs, safety, and quality standards._

     

    **Location:** Olive Branch, MS

    **Pay:** $30–$36/hour (based on experience)

    **Schedule:** M-F 1st Shift

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment, including cappers and fillers

    + Perform mechanical, electrical, and basic machine shop repairs

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures

    + Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

    + Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives

    + Follow safety procedures, GMPs, and company standards at all times

    + Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma minimum

    + Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience in a high-speed packaging environment (personal care, food or pharmaceutical industries preferred)

    + Hands-on experience with cappers and fillers strongly preferred

    + Basic electrical troubleshooting, machine shop experience, and/or welding skills

    + Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
