The *Program Manager - Procedural & Therapeutics Administration* will collaborate with nursing, HR, and operational leaders to manage recruitment oversight, quality programs, and patient engagement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of five years of related experience, including three years in program management. Candidates who hold a BSN and a Master's degree, along with at least three years of program management experience, preferably in healthcare operations, will also be considered.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proven expertise in coordinating across multiple clinical teams. Additionally, they should exhibit advanced problem-solving skills within the context of complex clinical care models, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
*Compensation:* Minimum: $79,000 annually - Midpoint: $99,000 annually - Maximum: $119,000 annually

*Responsibilities*
*Workforce Planning & Recruitment Oversight*
Monitor divisional recruitment activities for nursing and allied health roles to ensure timely posting, selection, and onboarding
Review FTE vacancies and analyze trends in time-to-fill and turnover
Provide leadership with regular workforce status updates
Partner with HR, nursing, and operational leaders to identify recruitment and retention barriers and implement strategies
Utilize workforce dashboards and reports to support data-driven planning
*Quality & Safety Program Management*
Support the division's Quality Management Program in collaboration with quality and safety leadership
Track and report divisional quality and safety metrics, including Key Quality Indicators and performance outcomes
Assist with quality reviews, root cause analyses, and safety initiatives
Ensure quality data is synthesized and communicated effectively for continuous improvement
*Patient Experience & Engagement*
Oversee the division's Patient Experience Program, including data collection and analysis
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient experience
Partner with nursing and frontline teams to design initiatives that enhance empathy, communication, and service quality
Prepare quarterly reports and share findings with leadership and staff
*Strategic Program Development*
Collaborate with leaders to integrate workforce, quality, and patient experience priorities into strategic plans
Translate strategy into actionable management systems and performance tracking tools
Participate in strategic planning activities led by the Office of the VP
Provide periodic updates to nursing leadership and serve as liaison for nursing-related programs
Perform other duties as assigned
*EDUCATION*
* Required: Bachelor's Degree
* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nurse (BSN), Master's Degree
*WORK EXPERIENCE*
* Required: 5 years Related experience to include three years program management. or
* Required: 3 years Experience required with Master's degree.
* : May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
* Preferred: Critical Care Nursing experience in one or more of the following areas: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Medical/Surgical, and/or Surgical environment
*CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE*
* Preferred: Current registered nurse (RN) as defined by the Texas Board of Nursing or certified in other clinical areas
