3D Printing Manufacturing Technician

Adecco is looking for an **Additive Manufacturing Technician (Metal 3D Printing) to be** part of a cutting-edge manufacturing team supporting advanced metal additive manufacturing. As an Additive Manufacturing Technician, you’ll work hands-on with industrial 3D printers, ensuring safe, efficient production while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain metal 3D printers during builds
+ Perform printer cleanouts, powder handling, sieving, and storage
+ Complete visual quality inspections and document results in MES
+ Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting
+ Assist with powder removal, wire EDMs, build plate machining, and related operations
+ Perform material handling and “water spider” duties to support workflow
+ Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes
+ Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and safety-driven continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
+ Associate degree in CNC Machining, Welding, Mechatronics, or related field with 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
+ Ability to safely handle metal powders and wear required PPE, including PAPR
+ Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
+ Physical ability to stand/walk up to 6 hours, lift up to 35 lbs, and work on/around equipment
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
**Pay Details:** $32.90 per hour
