Adecco is Hiring Machine Operators!
**Position:** Machine Operator 1
**Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Pay:** $ 18.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Join our team and work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment! As a **Machine Operator** , you’ll play a key role in production and assembly processes, including powder manufacturing and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, Work Instructions, and Production Orders.
+ Ensure product quality and perform in-process inspections.
+ Complete production paperwork and batch records accurately.
+ Set up and tear down machines; assist with troubleshooting and adjustments.
+ Perform basic maintenance and general housekeeping tasks.
+ Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
+ Work professionally and contribute to team success.
+ Ability to work overtime, weekends, or split shifts as needed.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience (regulated industry preferred).
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
+ Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English.
+ Experience using hand tools, pallet jacks, and carts.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
