What You'll Do:

As a **Custom Frame Assembler** , you’ll bring customer artwork to life by crafting high-quality custom frames. You’ll work with machinery like CNC routers and double miter saws to cut materials (mat board, acrylic, and moulding), assemble frames with precision, and ensure every product meets our exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate CNC routers and saws to cut framing materials accurately

+ Assemble frames using wood glue, stain, and a pneumatic underpinner

+ Conduct quality checks and ensure all frames meet customer expectations

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines

+ Support packaging and shipping as needed

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We're Looking For:

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Comfortable using tools and working with your hands

+ Experience with woodworking or CNC equipment is a plus

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Basic computer skills and willingness to cross-train

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
