JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of GPO Analytics at Sevāredent Sourcing Solutions, the GPO Analyst II role is responsible for the ongoing analysis, transformation, and optimization of data as well as supporting Sourcing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development initiatives to generate efficiencies and reduce costs for member dental practices.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. Location: 2480 Executive Drive, St. Charles, MO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Assist in creating processes and methods to gather and cleanse Supply Chain data from procurement resources, vendor platforms, and distributors to establish current state spend volume for product and service categories included in strategic sourcing efforts.
+ Parse, validate, normalize, and scrub data from a variety of sources in different formats.
+ Assist in developing automation for manual repetitive analytics.
+ Support the development of comprehensive and normalized datasets within business intelligence tools.
+ Collaborate with colleagues and GPO Analytics leadership to evolve the analytics process and outputs through the development of meaningful and impactful analytics for Sourcing and GPO Members.
+ Provide analytical support throughout the contract lifecycle process, including but not limited to category assessment, market conditions assessment, strategic scenario development, projected revenue and savings, RFP financial analysis, and benchmarking.
+ Provide analytical support to Strategic Accounts for all member initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment savings and revenue assessments, new business implementations, product conversion opportunities, and ongoing member initiatives.
+ Organize, prepare, and package analytical insights into clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations.
+ Create and implement standardized templates to provide unified look for presentation purposes.
+ Document standard operating procedures and work with GPO Analytics leadership to develop onboarding process.
+ Perform other ad-hoc analytical duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field/related work experience
+ Prior experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or related
+ 3-5 years of experience in data mining, data transformation, analysis, and reporting
General Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
+ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Experience using Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platform for data transformation and visualizations
+ Familiarity with database setup and modeling
+ Analytical mind with business acumen
+ Problem-solving aptitude
