    As a **Security Officer - GSOC Operator** in **Atlanta, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, assist with coordinating responses to incidents, and help to deter security-related issues. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.     What You'll Do:

    + Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related activities within the location, maintaining awareness of all incidents and/or critical situations.

    + Dispatch appropriate personnel in response to alarms, incidents, or requests for assistance, following site-specific protocols.

    + Document and report all security-related incidents and/or irregularities as they occur, maintaining accurate records.

    + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by responding to inquiries and offering assistance as needed.

    + Support emergency response activities by communicating information quickly and accurately to the appropriate parties.

    + Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access.

    + Maintain knowledge of site-specific policies and procedures to carry out assigned duties in a professional manner.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

    + At least 1 year of security operations center experience is required.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
