Job Description Summary
The Shared Services Ambassador will play a critical role in supporting the client by overseeing shared services contracts—including coffee, vending, and shredding—and ensuring vendors consistently meet their contractual obligations.
We’re looking for a proactive, highly collaborative professional who excels at problem-solving, communicates effectively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In addition to assisting with shared service contracts, this role will require periodic travel throughout the year to provide support to other offices when the assigned Regional Workplace Experience Ambassador is unavailable or requires additional assistance.
Job Description
Essential functions and responsibilities
+ Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with end users and cross functional colleagues.
+ Act as the first line of response to user questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up.
+ Help educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, workplace protocols, and etiquette.
+ Ensure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees are addressed with management and conduct follow-up.
+ Obtain voice of the customer data (quantitative and qualitative) to capture service needs. Share information with managers.
+ Follow escalation protocols, having all required knowledge of cross functional teams’ responsibilities
+ Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to manager and collaborate on new, innovative solutions.
+ Assist account with administrative tasks as assigned.
+ Assistance with Coffee/water/vending and micro-markets for non-clinical locations as directed by the client.
+ Input service request for Shredding bins in a timely manner once a workorder is submitted.
+ Place orders via Coupa once copy paper is requested by associates via the Workplace Solutions inbox.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for building management in the Chicago office. Issue any building specific badges to associates and coordinate the pickup of the badges with onsite building management.
+ Regularly monitor and respond accordingly to any incoming messages in the Workplace Solutions shared inbox and respond in 2 business days
+ Other duties as assigned by account leadership.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 68,289.00 - $80,340.00
