    Position Overview: Start Date: Jan. 5, 2026

     

    As a High-Volume Recruiter at Security Engineers, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for prescreening applicants, conducting interviews, posting hiring ads to our company platform, and maintaining our online hiring database. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Must be 21+ years old.

    + Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report

    + Must have a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

    Requirements:

    + Must be able to work in an SEI Office 3 days a week.

    + Must be able to travel, on occasion, to different areas of the company.

    + Must be self-driven to work remotely.

    + Computer Literate: Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Post hiring ads to our company platform and other relevant job boards.

    + Pre-screen applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for the role based on the job descriptions.

    + Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    + Maintain our online hiring database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

    + Provide regular updates to the hiring team on the status of open positions.

    + Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.

    Minimum Physical Requirements:

    • Stand for at least 1 hour without support or break

    • Sit for at least 1 hour without break

    Education & Experience :

    Minimum:

    Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

    Experience:

    + 1+ Year working with Microsoft Office Suite

    + 2+ Years verifiable Customer Service

    Preferred:

    Education: Associate's degree in business

     

    Experience: 1+ year of HR or Office Management
