Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As an LPN at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and patients under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and wound care

+ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

+ Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

+ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

+ Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

Requirements:

+ Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey

+ 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply!)

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
