Our client, a global American technology is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the supporting [Team Name(s)]. The ideal candidate will have experience in ADP WFN , WorkDay and ADP ezLabor which will align successfully in the organization.

Summary:
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The team's purpose is to support payroll operations, specifically for GitHub, with integration and coordination involving Microsoft systems. The team uses Microsoft tools for onboarding and approval processes, but must also ensure access to GitHub’s systems for contractors and employees.
Key projects:
• Process semi-monthly US payroll for approximately 2,200 employees using ADP WFN.
• Process monthly INTL payroll for approximately 800 employees using EY Payroll Operate.
• Manage and process timesheets for approximately 120 employees.
• Audit leave of absence (LOA) calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile and audit data between Workday HRIS and ADP WFN/EY.
• Audit 401(k) contributions and deductions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Process daily stock transactions including RSU vests and other equity events.
• Administer and process employee garnishments in accordance with legal requirements.
• Manage benefit-related payroll transactions including HSA, FORMA, and Maven programs.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support tickets via Zendesk with professionalism and clarity.
• Process termination checks in compliance with state-specific regulations and timelines.
Skills
+ ADP WFN - 5-7 years
+ WorkDay - 5-7 years
+ ADP ezLabor - 5-7 years
+ 5-7 years Payroll experience, ADP WFN experiene, and good with excel and attention to details.
