Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Cook to join their team. As a Production Cook, you will be part of the kitchen operations supporting high-volume food preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Cook

**Location:** Elmsford, NY

**Pay Range:** 21-24/hr. based on experience

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Temp-Perm Opportunity

What's the Job?

+ Prepare large batches of food following established recipes to ensure quality and consistency

+ Operate industrial kitchen equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, and mixers

+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in compliance with health regulations

+ Manage inventory, assist with food supply movement, and ensure proper food rotation

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

+ Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment such as hospitals, universities, or schools

+ Proficiency with kitchen tools and machinery, including strong knife skills

+ Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices

+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting

+ Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
