Agency/Dept.: Monroe Community Hospital
Description of Duties
This position is responsible for the oversight and administration of personnel programs, functions, and activities at Monroe Community Hospital. This position differs from Associate Personnel Analyst by virtue of the broader scope of supervisory responsibility for senior-level clerical and professional personnel staff and the increased involvement in analysis and development of agency personnel procedures and practices. This position differs from parallel positions in the Principal Personnel Analyst series in that the former is located in the human resources section of a large department or agency and is not restricted to working in the Civil Service/Human Resources Office. The employee reports directly to, and works under the general supervision of a Personnel or Human Resources Director or other higher-level staff member. General supervision is exercised over a professional personnel and/or clerical staff. Does related work as required.
