•What you’ll do:
+ Support Trinity Health’s strategic and operational objectives by applying advanced financial clearance expertise, data analysis, and critical thinking to ensure accurate and timely processing of complex, high-dollar services
+ Process financial clearance and authorizations for complex services, including surgical, observation, inpatient, in-house cases, and facility-based ancillary testing across multiple facilities and states
+ Perform verification activities across outpatient services, elective short procedures, inpatient cases, and urgent admissions to ensure services are financially cleared prior to delivery
+ Serve as a peer influencer and lead or support projects and initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial outcomes
+ Research, collect, synthesize, and analyze program and operational data to support ad-hoc projects and organizational initiatives
+ Develop, prepare, and distribute analytical reports, graphical data presentations, and educational materials that illustrate trends, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI)
+ Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on performance improvement efforts and provide actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making
+ Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, Trinity Health policies, the Integrity & Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and confidentiality requirements
+ Incorporate and demonstrate Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, Values, Actions, and Promise in daily work, behaviors, and decisions

What you’ll need for this job:
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Two (2) to Five (5) years experience in area of expertise such as scheduling, financial clearance, or patient access.
+ National certification in HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire. Must be proficient in the use of Patient Registration/Patient Accounting systems and related software systems.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
+ Associates Degree, preferred.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $19.07 - $29.55 per hour
_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
