    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results.

    + Shape the future by developing and implementing project strategies that align with our bold business objectives.

    + Inspire and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

    + Communicate with influence — engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized.

    + Anticipate and conquer challenges by identifying risks early and crafting innovative solutions.

    + Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project and two years of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

    + Experience in fund operations (e.g., Fund Accounting, Fund Tax, Fund Treasury) or broader finance background; familiarity with the larger financial ecosystem is highly desirable.

    + Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change.

    + Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued.

    + Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage.
