Responsibilities:
+ Lead Technical Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable solutions that integrate with HR systems and support talent development initiatives.
+ Drive AI Innovation: Apply AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize HR workflows and enhance workforce planning.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
+ Platform Architecture & Integration: Design and deploy enterprise-grade platforms leveraging AWS, Bedrock, and other modern technologies.
+ BOAT Process Expertise: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance throughout solution delivery.
+ Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
+ Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise environments.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Proven track record in HR technology implementations or strong HR functional knowledge (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development).
Critical Skills & Experience:
+ Technical Solution Design
+ AI/ML implementation experience
+ Enterprise integrations and API design
+ BOAT (Bringing On Additional Technology) process knowledge
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
+ HR automation experience
+ HR systems expertise (Workday, Talent Acquisition tools)
