How You’ll Make an Impact
The **Global Talent Management Systems Manager** leads the design, implementation, and optimization of learning, performance and talent management technologies for a global organization. It supports the Global Talent Management team by owning the systems, processes, and reporting that enable performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and employee development. It provides data analysis, insights, and KPI reporting. It drives user adoption and improves system efficiency. It also serves as the lead instructional designer for talent management, creating custom eLearning and delivering superuser training as needed.
Responsibilities Include
+ Lead ongoing configuration, administration and optimisation of all performance, talent and succession modules in SuccessFactors.
+ Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for performance and talent management systems.
+ Keep up to date with and recommend SuccessFactors best practices and industry standards for performance and talent optimisation in line with global strategy.
+ Lead the SuccessFactors setup, workflow management, and reporting that enable annual learning, performance, talent and succession planning processes.
+ Ensure all performance and talent processes are communicated clearly and consistently to HR, leaders, and employees as needed for example through creation and maintenance of job aids, user guides or training.
+ Produce reports and presentations on learning, succession, talent and performance using SuccessFactors.
+ Provide and enable HR to have timely and accurate information to share with leadership, including completion rates, goal alignment, talent gaps and high potential opportunities.
+ Ensure Aramco data requirements are enabled within SuccessFactors and supply required data when needed.
+ Prepare talent data and dashboards for talent calibrations, ensure accuracy and completeness of information, and support GTM, HRBPs and leaders with the insights needed for discussions.
+ Analyse performance and talent data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and support on-going program development..
+ Take detailed notes during calibration sessions and update SuccessFactors or manual talent records appropriately to reflect conversations and support the debrief process through clear documentation and follow-up tracking.
+ Serve as the lead instructional designer for global talent management team and support the wider HR team with this as needed: Design and develop eLearning, guides, and training materials as needed.
+ Deliver superuser and general process / system training to HR, leaders, and employees to drive adoption and confidence.
+ Keep all relevant materials updated and aligned with system and process changes.
+ Manage the Global Talent Management SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, current, well structured, and accessible. Maintain documentation, resources, and communication materials to support HR and leaders.
+ Manage GTM Record keeping for learning and development maintaining one tracking system for all GTM programs and learning interventions globally to enable data reporting and insight analysis which serves as insight for ongoing program development and design.
+ Manage the GTM Evaluation approach and record keeping ensuring all GTM programs and interventions are evaluated appropriately, and records are maintained for data reporting and insight analysis for program improvement and evolution.
+ Manage LinkedIn Learning capabilities for VGO and be the leader for Schoox and the LMS team to fully integrate LiL and GTM content into Schoox ensuring seamless user access, curated learning paths, and reporting capabilities.
+ Act as the primary liaison between the LMS team and the GTM organization, facilitating requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, and communication for learning initiatives.
+ Stay current on leading practices in learning, talent and performance management systems and recommend improvements that support business needs.
+ Lead or support additional system-related initiatives including 360 feedback, competency models, skills enablement, career paths, and functional talent pools.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
What You’ll Need
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
+ 3–5 years in Talent management, learning & development, instructional design, or HR.
+ Strong experience creating eLearning using platforms such as Articulate, Rise, or similar
+ Strong experience with LMS platforms
+ Strong experience with SuccessFactors
+ Familiarity with SharePoint and digital content management
+ Exposure to HR or talent programs, including job architecture or performance management
+ Strong project coordination skills
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and visual design principles
+ Proficiency with excel and PowerPoint
+ Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Ability to work independently with limited oversight
+ The role is generally remote.
+ This is a global role and will require collaboration with teams across various time zones. The role demands a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of international clients and stakeholders.
