    This position is based out of our De Pere, WI facility.

    Position Summary:

    As a Letter Fabricator, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from week-to-week, so each day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity. Our most successful Fabricators have a strong mechanical aptitude, a professional work ethic, the ability to improvise and solve problems, and comfort with the challenges that each custom project brings.

    Duties & Expectations:

    + Fabricate, shape, weld, and assemble sign cabinets, along with wiring electrical lighting within signs

    + Operate shears, brake, radial arm saw, torches, and a variety of hand tools

    + Quickly troubleshoot issues on-the-spot to meet customer quality expectations

    + Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Electrical and fabrication experience preferred

    + Ability to read blueprints
