Overview
Medication Assistance Program
Provides assistance to patients/support systems and the multidisciplinary teams to identify, provide information, and facilitate access to tangible and supportive services related to patient health care needs. The Resource Specialist- Program Management supports the patient and clinical teams by effectively coordinating resources, tracking timelines, and ensuring that all application materials are delivered. This role acts as a liaison between teams, identifying and addressing resource gaps to optimize program delivery
Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning and Allocation:
• Assist in supporting patients to access resources across multiple programs and clinical settings.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of available resources, application materials, and application deadlines.
• Collaborates with leadership to forecast future program needs and support identifying and adapting to changes across programs at the governmental, pharmaceutical, and institutional level.
2. Program Coordination:
• Support program managers by maintaining schedules, timelines, and resource tracking tools.
• Ensure adherence to program application process and deadlines.
3. Data Management:
• Monitor and report on resource utilization, project progress, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of resource assignments and availability.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for cross-departmental communication regarding resource needs and availability.
• Facilitate team meetings to review resource planning and address program challenges.
• Act as a liaison with external partners to include state and governmental agencies
5. Issue Resolution:
• Identify potential resource shortages and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve.
• Provide recommendations to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure program documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational standards and states and federal guidelines.
• Support audits and reviews by providing accurate resource and program data.
7. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Service field or the equivalent in education and experience required.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Pay Range:$46,321.60/Yr. - $71,780.80/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
