    Job Description

    Cintas is seeking a Cash Applications Reconciliation Specialist to support our Centralized Cash Application department. Responsibilities include performing daily reconciliation measures related to payment process flow; validation of correct accounting across all cash general ledgers and clearing accounts; creating reports summarizing cash flow and analysis; working with the Treasury Operations team to ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts; collaborating with leadership to deliver finding, analysis, and results; working with banks to ensure timely reporting and correction of all bank related issues, always staying aligned with company policies and procedures.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required

    + Experience working in a fast-paced environment

    + High school diploma/GED

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet

    + Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business volume

    Preferred

    + Billtrust; SAP experience

    + General Ledger Reconciliation experience

    + Payment application resolution experience

    + Auditing or quality assurance experience

    + 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable related role

    + Associate degree in finance or accounting
