    What You'll Be Doing as a Packaging Associate:

    + Packaging tobacco-free pouches into bags

    + Work involves repetitive tasks requiring accurate counting

    + Quality control inspections

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Position demands consistency, focus, and the ability to perform tedious tasks efficiently

    Available Shifts:

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job Requirements:

    + Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and focus

    + Strong attention to detail for accurate counting and quality control

    + Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

    + Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

    + Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

    + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

    + Previous production or packaging experience (preferred, not required)

    + Background check and drug screening required
