    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $17 -_ _$21_ _/ hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a** **Molding Machine Operator** **:

    + Operate molding equipment including presses, hoists, and related machinery to produce parts to specifications

    + Use hand and power tools to remove flash, gates, and assist with changeovers

    + Assist with mold changes and clamping as needed

    + Coordinate first-piece approval with quality and perform routine visual inspections, making equipment adjustments as required

    + Use measuring tools and complete production and quality documentation

    + Meet established quality and production standards

    + Support ISO-based quality processes and internal systems

    + Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain good housekeeping

    + Perform additional tasks such as deburring and secondary operations as assigned

    Available shifts:

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Plastic injection molding experience preferred but not required

    + Ability to read job travelers, prints, and diagrams

    + Strong attention to detail with basic mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

    + Reach, stoop, kneel, grip tools, and operate controls

    + Lift up to 35 pounds as needed
