Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $18 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Banquet Cook:

+ Prepare and cook large quantities of food for banquets, events, and catered functions according to recipes and production schedules

+ Assist with food preparation, plating, and buffet or service line setup

+ Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portion control

+ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas

+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (banquet or high-volume cooking a plus)

+ Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards

+ Ability to follow recipes and written or verbal instructions

+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

+ Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

+ Background check required
