PeopleReady is hiring a Finishing / Utility Operator to support production and quality operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on part finishing, inspection, and material flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $1 7- $19 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Finishing / Utility Operator:

+ Mix filler and hardener according to instructions

+ Inspect parts, fill voids, and finish parts using sandpaper, drills, and sanders per job specifications

+ Verify counts, scan job travelers, and route parts to the next operation

+ Meet established quality and production standards

+ Support ISO-based quality processes and internal systems

+ Follow all safety policies, consistently use required PPE, and maintain good housekeeping

+ Maintain regular, on-time attendance and follow company policies

+ Apply training and perform additional tasks as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Manual dexterity with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to read and follow job travelers or job specifications

+ Surface finishing experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to sit for extended periods

+ Reach, grasp parts and hand tools

+ Lift up to 35 pounds as needed
