    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Position: Skilled Laborer with an insulation company in Salisbury, MA

    + Schedule: Full 40-hour weeks, flexible work schedule

    + Benefits: Weekly pay, health insurance, recognition program (Respect the Craft) with prizes based on hours worked

    + Assignment: Temp-to-perm

    + Installing insulation

    + Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading/unloading materials

    + Assisting in building or construction tasks

    + Completing specialized tasks with on-the-job training (provided)

    + Operating heavy and light equipment as directed

    + Moving materials according to supervisor's instructions

    Qualifications:

    + Must own reliable vehicle

    + Previous insulation experience preferred

    + Must be free of facial hair (to properly fit a respirator)

    + Provide professional references

    + Positive, team-first attitude

    + Must be punctual (daily 6 AM start time)

    + Ability to meet physical demands: standing, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs
